Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DarkShadow Leathers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. We'll change your product if you are not happy with your purchase. In case the leather is cut down or the order is in processing mode we cannot offer a full refund but there could be some adjustment on some nearly half percentage.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item and the shipping price of the next one.
