Please note that all items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you want to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@darkshadowleathers.com. We will require a video from you of the product you are packing again. If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. However, if you are simply unhappy with your purchase, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If your product is damaged, you must make a video of it and give us proof.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item (without any additional cost).
