Shipment & Delivery:

We are providing a free shipment across the whole of Europe. Made a payment in simple steps and we'll deliver it in 10-14 days. We need to manufacture it and provide you with a perfect fitting. We really worry about the sizes of our customers and want them to experience.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DarkShadow Leathers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you want to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@darkshadowleathers.com. We will require a video from you of the product you are packing again. If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will provide a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. However, if you are simply unhappy with your purchase, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If your product is damaged, you must make a video of it and give us proof.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item (without any additional cost).

Please note that final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
